We are well competent enough in organizing meaningful utterances, or reading and understanding any written material. Texts on language and foreign/second language learning and teaching have been adequate in instructional market, however, sources combining the theoretical knowledge into practical ones are very few. The emphasis on the teaching of the pragmatic competence is very much covered in curricula, syllabi and the course-books in language learning and teaching world.
