Nevertheless, the Museum of Friesland saw more than enough reasons to make an unique exhibition. This has everything to do with the Museum of Friesland's approach. Our exhibition is personal in two respects. We travel with Escher, in his head and trough Europe, and closely follow his individual and artistic development. In addition, the space itself and the accompanying audio tour ensure a personal experience for the visitor, who can really become acquainted with the artist and his development. In this was, we can rediscover works that we thought we knew so well.
