Sadberk Hanım Museum, Turkeys first private museum, is celebrating the Centenary of the Turkish Republic with an exhibition about women and fashion. Entitled Elegance from Past to Future: Womens Costume from the Late Ottoman Period to the Early Years of the Turkish Republic, the exhibition is being held in the house that was formerly Abdülmecid Efendis summer home between 29 October 2023 and 17 March 2024.
